At Kaleidos Makeup, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items are damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team at support@kaleidosmakeup.com with your order number and clear photos of the items you wish to return.

  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is reviewed, our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack Securely

  Place the items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include your RMA form inside the parcel.

• 4.
  Process Refund

  After we receive and inspect your returned package, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
